The Part Time Workers (Prevention of Less Favourable Treatment) Regulations 2000 (Amendment)

Facts

These amending Regulations remove the distinction between fixed term and permanent contracts for the purpose of working out what are different types of work under the Regulations and also to remove the limitation on compensation of two years prior to the presentation of the complaint in cases involving occupational pension schemes.

The Regulation came into force as from 1st October 2002.
