Richard joined Veitch Penny LLP in 2010. Richard has particular expertise in industrial diseases, asbestos related illnesses, repetitive strain injuries, vibration white finger, stress, deafness and work related upper limb disorder cases.

Richard qualified as a solicitor with Evill and Coleman, London, working on both personal injury and medical negligence cases. Richard then joined the leading Trade Union firm Rowley Ashworth, where he worked for 12 years transferring from their office in London to Exeter.

Richard was later made Partner in charge of Exeter Office. The Office dealt with personal injury claims in the South West on behalf of several major trade unions.

Hobbies and Interests

In his spare time, Richard is a Exeter City Football Club Season Ticket holder and a member of Exminster Golf Club.
