Apil (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers)

Established in 1990 by a group of lawyers working on behalf of personal injury victims and now has over 5,000 members. It is an independent, not for profit organisation, providing accreditation to lawyers specialising in the area of personal injury law. This accreditation shows an APIL lawyer has achieved a specific standard.

Biker Legal Line

Veitch Penny are panel members of Biker Legal Line; which is part of the BMF - the UK's largest rider's rights organisation run wholly by solicitors who are bikers too.

BMF

With over 140,000 members, the British Motorcyclists Federation is Britain's largest most influential rider group. Their aim is simple - to promote and protect the interests of the road rider by representing the riders' interests, where and when it matters.

Legal Sector Alliance

Veitch Penny were one of the first 50 UK law firms to adopt the Legal Sector Alliance's - Green Campaign.

MASS (Motor Accident Solicitors Society)

Our membership of MASS (a national association of solicitors who specialise in road traffic accident claims) requires us to adhere to minimum service standards which are set out in the MASS Charter

The primary aim of the Society is to bring justice to the victims of road traffic accidents

Lexcel

In 1998 Veitch Penny became the first Law Firm in the South West to achieve the Law Society's prestigious quality kite mark for legal excellence. We have since become one of only 4 firms in the UK chosen to pilot the new Lexcel Quality standards.
